DQ for Everyday Significant Decisions – When Decision Professionals will not be Present
Note: To view the full-length replay of this webinar, go to the Society of Decision Professionals website. Society membership is required to access this webinar.
Designed for decision professionals, this webinar explores how members of the profession can influence the vast majority of business decisions that are made without the help and support of decision professionals.
Most decisions are, in fact, being made today without the direct support of decision professionals. To bring decision quality to such decisions, DQ skills must reside in the decision makers themselves or be embedded in the processes and tools that support them. Given the sheer number of these decisions being made every day, it is clear that without DQ, tremendous value will be left on the table. What then is the role of the decision professional?
Speaker Carl Spetzler and moderator David Matheson will explore how DQ is best brought to everyday significant decisions and the role of decision professionals as teachers, decision process and tool designers, and change agents.
