Hasan Khalifeh


Hasan Khalifeh, a senior engagement manager, joined Strategic Decisions Group in 2007 and is affiliated with the firm’s Beirut office. He is experienced in complex decision structuring and analyses, strategy development, financial engineering, portfolio and risk analyses, resource allocation, policy design and economic evaluation in both the public and private sectors.

For more than eight years, Khalifeh has advised several of the top oil & gas and power majors, leading public sector organizations (including prominent ministries, executive authorities and municipalities), multi-billion diversified development companies, real-estate consortiums, and FMCG and IT conglomerates across MENA, APAC, North Sea and West Africa regions, and the US.

Khalifeh’s experience spans a broad range of international projects exhibiting both high organizational and high analytical complexity. At one of Fortune’s Global 500 majors with a focus in the oil & gas industry, Khalifeh was part of a cross-regional team to receive the Outstanding Vendor Award, recognizing the team’s consulting contributions including Decision Quality coaching and facilitation of the upstream strategy formulation and related projects.

Khalifeh holds a master’s degree with distinction in engineering management with a concentration in financial engineering and a bachelor’s degree in computer and communications engineering, both from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon. Khalifeh completed a professional certificate of Strategic Decisions and Risk Management (SDRM) from the Stanford Center for Professional Development (SCPD), and is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
